How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

Packages start at $1,750 for Launch, $3,750 for Automate and $7,000 for Scale. Those are the floor rather than a fixed quote, because a one-page site with a WhatsApp button and a full booking-plus-AI system are very different pieces of work. The exact scope and final price are confirmed on a free strategy call and agreed in writing before anything starts. There is no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Private company AI is scoped separately on the call.

How long does it take to launch?

A Launch project is typically live in one to two weeks. Automate takes two to four weeks, mostly because booking rules and reminder messages need your input. Scale takes four to eight weeks. The timeline depends far more on how quickly we get content and approvals from you than on the build itself.

Question 3

I already have a website. Do I need to start again?

Accepted Answer

Often not. If your existing site is reasonably fast and you are happy with how it looks, we can add the booking system, AI assistant and automations to it. We will tell you honestly on the strategy call whether rebuilding is worth it or whether your money is better spent on the systems behind the site.

Do you still do workflow automation and CRM setup?

Yes. We stopped selling them as separate line items because almost nobody buys automation on its own — they buy it as the thing that makes bookings, invoices and follow-ups happen without them. So it lives inside the booking system now: confirmations, reminders, invoice chases, review requests and reactivation messages all sit there, alongside the automations that connect the tools you already use. Lead capture and the automatic first reply sit with the website, because that is where the enquiry lands.

What is an AI secretary, in plain terms?

It is an assistant trained on your services, prices, opening hours and policies that answers customer questions instantly — on WhatsApp, on your website, or both. It handles the questions you answer twenty times a week, captures the customer's details, and passes anything unusual to a human with the whole conversation attached. You approve its tone and its boundaries before it ever speaks to a customer.

Will an AI assistant say something wrong to my customers?

That is the right question to ask. We constrain it to information you have supplied and approved, give it explicit rules about what it must not answer, and route anything outside those limits straight to a person. You also see a monthly review of the real questions customers asked, including anything it handled badly, so it improves rather than drifting.

What is a private company AI, and how is it different from the AI secretary?

The AI secretary faces outward: it talks to your customers about your prices, hours and services. The private company AI faces inward and never speaks to a customer. It is trained on your own documents — contracts, policies, handbooks, past matters, the shared drive nobody has tidied in years — so your staff can ask a question in plain language and get the answer back with the source document attached. It is the difference between a receptionist and a colleague who has read every file in the building.

If we train an AI on our documents, who else can see them?

Accepted Answer

Nobody outside your organisation. The assistant is set up inside your own accounts, under your own contract, and we build on enterprise API terms where your inputs are not used to train the provider's models. Retrieval is filtered by the person asking, so someone who cannot open a folder today will not get answers from it — the assistant says so plainly rather than working around the restriction. Every question and every document touched is written to an audit log you can export, and you can have access revoked and the search index deleted on request, in writing. Our own access is removed at handover.

How do we know it is not making the answers up?

Accepted Answer

Because it has to show its working. Every response cites the document and the clause, page or section it came from, so anyone can check it in about ten seconds instead of taking it on trust. It is constrained to your own documents rather than the open internet, and when the answer genuinely is not in them it says it does not know and routes the question to a person. For work where a wrong answer is a liability, that refusal matters more than the answers do.

Do I need to be technical to run this?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything is handed over with a written guide and a recorded walkthrough, and the day-to-day parts — seeing your bookings, replying to a customer, checking the dashboard — are designed to be used on a phone by someone who has never touched a CRM.

Question 11

Who owns the website and the accounts?

Accepted Answer

You do, completely. Your domain, hosting, booking system, analytics and AI accounts are created in your name and handed over with the logins at the end of the project. If you ever want to move to another provider or bring the work in-house, nothing is locked to us.

Question 12

What happens to my customer data?

Accepted Answer

It stays yours. We never sell, share or reuse your customer information. During a build our access is limited to what is needed to do the work, and it is removed at handover. We set up two-factor authentication on every account we create and use role-based permissions rather than shared passwords.

Where are you based, and do you work with businesses abroad?

Accepted Answer

We are based in the United States and we work remotely — calls, approvals and handover sessions all happen online. We currently serve clients across four countries, so a different timezone is normal rather than an exception. Tell us the hours that suit you and we will work to them.

Question 14

What if I am not happy with the design?

Accepted Answer

Design and copy each include two complete rounds of revisions, and you approve both before anything is built. We would much rather spend an extra week getting it right than hand over something you merely tolerate.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is always optional. Some clients take a monthly plan covering hosting, monitoring, dashboard reporting and continued improvements to the AI assistant. Others take the handover and run everything themselves. Both are fine, and we will not build anything that only works if you keep paying us.
