Who we are
QuickWorks LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and builds websites, booking systems, AI secretaries and private company AI for businesses. We are based in the United States and work remotely with clients across four countries and beyond.
This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us through this website. If you have a question about it, or want to exercise any of the rights described below, email carefareservice@gmail.com or call +1 517-980-5148.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic anonymous analytics about how the site is used. We do not buy data, and we do not use tracking that follows you across other websites.
- Information you submit through the contact form, booking form or growth assessment — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
- Anonymous usage analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
- Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, used for security and rate limiting and not retained long-term.
What we do not collect
The growth assessment and the ROI calculator run entirely in your browser. Your answers and figures are never transmitted to us unless you separately choose to contact us. You can complete both without giving us any personal information at all.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or social media pixels on this website. We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, or any of the categories that US state privacy laws treat as sensitive.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare for a strategy call, and — if you become a client — to deliver the work you have asked for. That is the whole list.
- Responding to your enquiry and arranging a call.
- Preparing a quote or a written summary of the gaps we identified.
- Delivering and supporting a project you have engaged us for.
- Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Those are the specific things California and several other states give you the right to opt out of, and we do not do either — so there is nothing for you to opt out of.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form. If we ever want to send you something other than a direct reply, we will ask first.
Client data during a project
If you engage us to build a system, we may be given access to your existing tools, accounts, documents and customer records in order to do the work. That access is limited to what is genuinely needed, is used only to deliver the agreed project, and is removed at handover — which you can verify yourself in your own account's security settings.
Your data and your customers' data remain yours throughout. We do not copy it for our own use, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any model of ours. Accounts we create during a project are created in your name and handed to you.
Where we build a private company AI on your documents, we work on enterprise terms under which your content is not used to train the provider's public models. Retrieval is filtered by the permissions the person asking already has. Every question asked and every document used is written to an audit log you can export, and you can have our access revoked and the search index deleted on request, in writing.
Where you are subject to privacy or sector rules of your own — US state privacy laws, GDPR, Ghana's Act 843, or health-sector rules — we act on your instructions in respect of that data. If your obligations require a written data processing agreement or business associate agreement, tell us before the project starts and we will sign one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you come back, and are then deleted. Records relating to actual projects are kept as long as we are required to keep them for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.
Third-party services
This site uses a small number of external services to function. Each processes only what it needs to, and none of them is given your information for their own marketing.
- Hosting and content delivery, which processes requests in order to serve you the site.
- An email delivery provider, used to forward form submissions to our inbox.
- Privacy-respecting website analytics, used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
- If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not only ours.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our systems are operated from there. If you contact us from outside the US — including from Ghana, the UK or the EU — the information you send is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules from your own country.
Where a project involves personal data protected by GDPR, UK GDPR or Ghana's Act 843, we agree appropriate transfer terms with the client before that data is touched.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate limited. Accounts we create for clients use two-factor authentication and role-based permissions rather than shared passwords.
No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information we would tell you promptly, tell you what was affected, and tell you what we were doing about it — within whatever timeframe the applicable law requires, and sooner if we can.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one.
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, those rights are yours by statute and include the right to appeal a refusal — email us and we will explain how. As stated above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. If you are in Ghana, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission. We would rather you came to us first, and we will make a genuine attempt to resolve it.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects information we already hold about you, tell you directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
